DESCRIPTION:
- First Operating Unit
-Steel Drum
-Pneumatic 1st roller on/off selector on the control panel
-Fitted with a 4 position revolver system for 4 different types of sanding belts
- Second Operating Unit
-260 mm diameter with 45 shore rubber roller
-Pneumatic 2nd roller on/off selector on the control panel
-Fitted with a 4 position revolver system for 4 different types of sanding belts
-Third Operating Unit
-190 mm diameter with 45 shore rubber roller
-Pneumatic 3rd roller on/off selector on the control panel
-Fitted with a 4 position revolver system for 4 different types of sanding belts
-Pad is an electronic 24 section platen with stiff and semi-stiff felt sanding pad with graphite cloth held by screws
- Base: monocoque shell type, nut and bolt free, the frame is electro-welded using robot
  technology to guarantee maximum rigidity and precision.
- Worktable vertical motorised movement: by means of 4 heavy duty trapezoidal screws anchored
  externally to the base, supported by thrust bearings and coupled by means of stiffener
  bars to guarantee perfect alignment and stability.
- Electronic displays of work piece thickness.
- Support rollers: one at the in feed and one at the out feed and of the feed belt.
- Flexible steel plate presses located in front of the operating units.
- Electronic sanding belt tracking system.
- Feed belt in 60 Shore rubber with variable speed and electronic belt tracking
- EasyQuick device for for the selection sand paper
- Brakes on each operating unit.
- Main motor automatic star - delta starter.
